Club General Manager/Nutritionist
Laura is a mixed bag of talents that has led her from working as a qualified Electrical Engineer all the way to her new career as a Nutritionist and Exercise Scientist (alongside her managerial role at 24fit).
She has also worked with the Brisbane Broncos, more recently running the nutrition program for their multiple NRLW Premiership-winning women's team! Laura now currently runs private nutrition consultations for our members to help them achieve their health goals.
Starting out at 24fit in 2015 as a Club Manager, Laura is renowned for instilling a fantastic community atmosphere and yearn for fun throughout her clubs and her members. Laura has an open-door policy for all communications for all members and staff – if you have any queries, concerns and/or feedback about anything 24fit please do not hesitate to contact her!

Knowledge built over the past 25 years playing nitty gritty grass roots sports, to the mindset and physical challenges playing at the highest level of Beach Volleyball on the National Tour. Having the experience of playing and training under world class coaches has given me great insight on how we can manage the challenges we face each day.

With a QUT degree in Exercise and Human Movement Science, I possess a strong passion for health, fitness and wellness. I have worked with clients to improve general health & fitness, and whether it be related to athletic performance, strength & conditioning, injury prevention, general health & fitness or rehabilitation, I believe scientific and behavioural approaches can be utilised as appropriate tools in helping my clients achieve their goals.
In performance, I've worked with athletes in track and field, soccer and basketball. I ran competitively in sprints for nearly ten years and before that enjoyed playing soccer.
My interests include writing, spending a day in nature, exploring, stand up paddle boarding and going on hikes.
I seek to combine my knowledge in the field of health and fitness to create something that we all can benefit from in regards to an improved quality of life. So, if looking to improve your life is something you're aiming for, you're in great hands!
