We've undertaken some upgrades to help improve the experience for our members.
Part of this is how you access the gym, manage your membership and book into classes*.
From now, the KISI app will no longer grant you access.
To ensure uninterrupted access, we would ask that you follow these steps:
1. Delete the Kisi app from your phone (leaving it will cause access issues).
2. Download the new 24fit AUS app. Link here: iOS or Android
3. Log in. If you have previously logged into the membership portal, those credentials will work. If not, please use the ‘reset password' feature.
4. Enable Access. Navigate to the 'Profile' tab, Select 'Access'. Enable Bluetooth and turn location settings to always on.
These changes are the first step in a number of upgrades that will result in greater convenience and control for our members and give our team improved tools to better serve you.
The 24fit AUS app allows easy access all 24fit locations, book classes, access receipts/invoices and update your payment details. The 24fit AUS app will consolidate the 3 different platforms/apps currently used by members. Future features will include the ability to schedule membership pauses, select different membership types and the ability to cancel via the app.
Please note: If you are using a key fob for entry, this will continue to work as is.
We understand that these changes may cause some inconvenience during the transition, and we apologise for any disruption this may cause. Our staff are available to assist and ensure a smooth process.
