Fitness hasn’t always been a part of my life. It took trying plenty of different sports (soccer, cricket, fencing, Aussie rules, American football) and a sign up to the local gym when I was 17 to find my passion for exercise.

I’ve studied exercise science at a masters level, inspired by my drive to always better my performance in both training and the sports I’ve competed in, and the fulfilment I get from teaching and seeing others progress. I now use that drive to help my clients to improve their health, fitness and performance in ways that are important both to and for them, and take into account their uniqueness.

My coaching philosophy is about developing a strong body - no matter the age or ability level - with commitment, persistence, an openness to new ideas, and a desire to learn, and is something I hold both my clients and myself to.

I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and in that time I’ve developed my passion for being fit, healthy and happy. I love teaching others how to do the same.

My goal is working to build an environment of hard work and reaching goals but still having fun and forming friendships along the way.

I completed a Cert IV in FITNESS via AIPT in 2014 and have been working in the industry ever since.

I’ve been training since I was 14 years old and fell in love with the gym long before I really knew what I was doing. What started as curiosity quickly turned into a genuine passion for training, movement, and health. Over the years, the gym has become so much more than just a place to work out - it’s my space to switch off, reset, challenge myself, and build confidence. It’s somewhere I genuinely look forward to going every day.

Through my own journey, I’ve learned how powerful training can be, not just physically, but mentally too. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others feel confident and comfortable in the gym. I know how intimidating it can feel when you’re first starting out, and I want to be the person who makes that process feel simple, supportive, and empowering.
