My fitness journey began at 16, when I first stepped into the gym looking to build strength and improve my health. What started as a simple goal soon turned into a love for fitness. Over the years, the gym has become more than just a place to train, it’s been a safe space where I’ve learnt, grown, and built confidence.

As a personal trainer, I go beyond writing workouts. I take a holistic, personalised approach, supporting you both inside and outside the gym. I believe fitness should feel empowering, not intimidating. As a women’s health specialist, I focus on mentoring and training women through every stage of life - teaching you how to maintain and optimise your health around your ever changing lifestyle.

My mission as a coach is to empower you to be and feel strong, confident and happy in the skin you’re in. I offer a holistic approach to coaching which benefits you beyond physical changes, and together we can work on developing a healthy relationship with food, supporting mental health, sleep quality, mood, and building a growth mindset. I’ll share my knowledge in strength training, form correction and wellness, to help you enjoy a happy and healthy lifestyle long term.

My passion for women’s health was influenced by my own struggles with endometriosis, associated hormonal issues and pelvic pain. My pain has impacted my ability to exercise the way I enjoy and I have had to be adaptable and innovative in my own training habits; which has shaped me into a more understanding, compassionate and adaptable coach. s a result of my lived experience with rehabilitation training, as well as my professional expertise, I am confident working with people with diverse physical needs, injuries and goals. I am a proud ally of the LGBTQIA+ community, and I welcome people from all genders and backgrounds to join the Breefit community. I reached my turning point in life the day I hopped on the scales and weighed in at 125kg. I realised that over the years I had started prioritising work, family and other commitments without taking time to look after myself, and that was not working in my favour. After joining the gym and losing 30kg I found a new level of vitality and confidence.

I now use that experience to help others with their own situations.

As a personal trainer I take a lot of pride in providing sustainable life changes and safe standards for training. I can help you achieve your goals with personalised programs that will overcome any issues you may be facing. The areas that I cover within my service, include but are not limited to:
- Weight loss;
- Building strength;
- Nutritional advice;
- Injury prevention and rehabilitation;
- Exercise technique correction, and;
- Feeling more secure within the gym environment.

I also have a strong passion for working with people who are challenged with special conditions, be it medical or physical.
