My fitness journey began at 16, when I first stepped into the gym looking to build strength and improve my health. What started as a simple goal soon turned into a love for fitness. Over the years, the gym has become more than just a place to train, it’s been a safe space where I’ve learnt, grown, and built confidence.

As a personal trainer, I go beyond writing workouts. I take a holistic, personalised approach, supporting you both inside and outside the gym. I believe fitness should feel empowering, not intimidating. ROHAN FRANCIS FOALE

Fitness hasn’t always been a part of my life. It took trying plenty of different sports (soccer, cricket, fencing, Aussie rules, American football) and a sign up to the local gym when I was 17 to find my passion for exercise.

I’ve studied exercise science at a masters level, inspired by my drive to always better my performance in both training and the sports I’ve competed in, and the fulfilment I get from teaching and seeing others progress. I now use that drive to help my clients to improve their health, fitness and performance in ways that are important both to and for them, and take into account their uniqueness.

My coaching philosophy is about developing a strong body - no matter the age or ability level - with commitment, persistence, an openness to new ideas, and a desire to learn, and is something I hold both my clients and myself to.
