While Coach and Trainer is my job title, I feel it doesn’t fully capture the breadth of whatI do and, more importantly, what I’m truly passionate about in my work.
Having spent over 18 years coaching and critiquing weightlifting techniques, group fitness and 4yrs as a Chiropractic Assistant (currently still!) I’ve gained significant insight into how the nervous system really is our lifeline to good health and happiness!
A firm believer that while fitness and strength are undoubtedly important, exercise shouldn’t be the sole focus that consumes our lives. The primary goal of training should extend beyond just weight goals to encompass overall mental and physical health. It’s about finding a sustainable balance, while having fun doing it!
I personally enjoy dessert and consume more coffee than I probably should, which highlights my philosophy: by focusing on consistent daily habits, we can achieve significant progress in our health while still enjoying all the wonderful things life has to offer. For instance, if it’s your birthday, you should absolutely eat the cake!
Your body will not go where your mind won’t take it. Your mindset is crucial in determining your success, and I believe that you are 100% in control of your journey.
If you truly believe you can achieve something, you’re already halfway there. I can convince you that you are so awesome!
It’s perfectly okay if you can’t do something right now; the important thing is knowing that one day you can and will achieve your goals. My focus is on providing comprehensive support for individuals who prioritise exercise for their mental well-being, those who want to get strong, midlife women, anyone who simply enjoys exercise and recognises its broader benefits. If this approach resonates with you let’s chat!
